Jamilah Jawahir MOHD BAKERI
Assistant secretary
Jamilah is the Assistant Secretary of CBASS and is interested in the circular economy since being exposed to it in 2018 during a screening party of the Disruptive Innovation Festival organised by the Circular Economy Club. She works with a local consultancy firm that specialises in planning and economic research projects from the Malaysian government and multilateral organisations such as United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), International Labour Office (ILO), etc.
She holds a Bachelor of Economics from International Islamic University Malaysia and a Master in Office Systems Management and Technology from the Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Shah Alam. She is in charge of major surveys and has responsibility over the management of survey operations such as survey planning and design, training, survey implementation, and data collection.
