Lijin CHIN

Lijin is the Chairperson of CBASS and is always keen to have a chat about how the CBASS ecosystem could help business achieve ssustainability and profitability together.

She is a Certified FSA Credential Holder from the IFRS Foundation that developed the ISSB Sustainability Reporting Standards, a Schmidt MacArthur Fellow on Circular Economy since 2016, Jury Member of the GCC Circular Economy Awards for 2024-2026, a Chevening Scholar 2015/2016 and has previously worked in research consultancy mainly for the Malaysian government and the United Nations Development Programme on topics including the Sustainable Development Goals, solid waste management and biodiversity financing.  

Lijin loves bringing people together and visioning how a profitable circular economy ecosystem could look like and be implemented. Always keen to spread hope in times of climate and economic crisis. Loves food and dancing to swing jazz music.
